Animus Boot Camp (ABC) is an Indoor Boot Camp Program. You won’t be doing Push-Ups in the mud, since we have an Indoor Turf Soccer Fields inside a 9,000 SqFt Facility. Animus Boot Camp will provide you with the most efficient (and toughest) workout that takes anywhere from 30-45 minutes. We combine aspects of Gymnastics, Ropes, Medicine Balls, etc. After you have tried our Animus Boot Camp, you will never train the same ever again. For faster transformation, you must seek out Individualization. At ACF we realize that each person is unique, and may demand a customized training prescription in order to achieve their goals. The ACF individualized program design option includes an initial one hour consultation to review goals, layout a nutritional prescription, identify strengths and weaknesses, and develop a training schedule. Every 4 weeks your progress will be reviewed and the next phase of your exercise and nutrition will be discussed.
